Agencies
A workspace per client, client approvals, reports emailed for you, and a price per brand that drops as you sign more clients.
Give every brand its own calendar, people and reports. Get the right person's yes, publish to eight networks at the minute you chose, exactly once, and send the reports your clients actually open.
No card to start. Priced per brand, in rand.
Follow one brand through a week. Every brand you run gets its own workspace like this one: its accounts, its people, its calendar and its reports, a click apart.
The brand's week sits on one calendar, every post saying where it stands in words. Fill the gaps from the brand's usual posting times, or plan a month in a spreadsheet and import it.
Write the caption once and Indably shows how it lands on each network: Instagram's photo rules, X's length, TikTok's audience settings. Change the wording for one network without touching the rest. AI drafts are there when you want them, on your own key if you prefer.
Drafts go to the people who approve for that brand. They can approve or send it back with a note in Indably, or straight from a WhatsApp message. Every decision is on the record, with who and when.
Posts publish at the time you set, in each brand's own time zone. If a network goes quiet after a post was sent, Indably checks the network before it ever sends it again. Where a network hasn't approved Indably yet, it reminds you to post by hand and keeps the post in your reports.
Each brand's report arrives in the brand's colour with the PDF attached, weekly or monthly, to anyone you choose. With AI switched on, it opens with a short summary of what went well against the week before.
A double post on a client's page is the mistake people remember. It happens when a scheduler sends a post, hears nothing back, and sends it again. Indably doesn't guess.
A post is marked as being sent before it leaves, so two workers can never send the same one.
If the network doesn't answer, Indably searches the account for the post before it does anything else.
Where a network won't show every post to apps, Indably asks a person to look, instead of retrying blind.
A workspace per client, client approvals, reports emailed for you, and a price per brand that drops as you sign more clients.
Keep each brand or branch separate, with its own people and approvals, and move between them from one menu with one sign-in.
Everything works for a single brand too: one calendar, eight networks, approvals for whoever signs off, and a monthly report.
One monthly price per brand, in rand, lower for every band of brands you add. Every network, approvals, reports and the ads builder are included.
Businesses that post for more than one brand: agencies with clients, groups with several companies, franchises with branches, and owners with more than one venture. It works for one brand too; the pricing is per brand.
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile. Each network approves apps in its own time; where Indably isn't approved yet, it prepares the post and reminds you to publish it yourself, and keeps it in your calendar and reports.
If a network doesn't answer after a post was sent, Indably doesn't send it again blind. It looks on the network first, and if it can't see every post there (TikTok's private posts, for example), it asks a person. A post is only resent when Indably knows the first one didn't go out.
Yes. Add them to their brand as a Manager, the role that approves. They approve or send back in Indably, or straight from WhatsApp if your account uses WhatsApp through ChatReach. Contributors write and submit; Viewers only look.
No. Ads run in your own Meta, LinkedIn, Google and TikTok ad accounts and each network bills you as it does today. Indably builds, launches and reports on the campaigns.
Indably keeps only what it needs to post and report, encrypts every network sign-in, strips location data from photos, and deletes a network's sign-in the moment you disconnect it. The privacy notice lists every field.
Every feature switched on from the first day. No card until you decide to stay.
